Job Purpose

Job Purpose
The successful candidate will perform scheduled and random cycle counts of inventory to verify stock accuracy.  Investigate stock discrepancies by identifying stock on hand report mismatches between physical stock and WMS records. Ensure compliance by following the business policies and regulations related to inventory control

Specific Duties and Responsibilities
  • Perform scheduled and random inventory counts when requested by management as per WMS process to ensure a strong focus is always maintained on inventory accuracy in the warehouse
  • Regularly (daily and weekly) verify physical stock levels against WMS records and report to management and update any authorized adjustments
  • Follow a systematic cycle counting process based on WMS and warehouse guidelines when counting stock
  • Investigate stock discrepancies by tracing errors to possible causes such as miscounts, misplaced stock or data entry errors

Job Purpose
The Estate Agriculture Director will be responsible for developing the country’s estate agriculture strategy with a focus on long-term growth, development, and sustainability. The candidate must ensure that estate agriculture operations are managed within budget and deliver cost synergies. Makes sure factory machines are properly lubricated to maintain operations, shall perform basic maintenance and repair duties.

Specific Duties and Responsibilities:
  • Check oil levels and lubricate moving parts of equipment throughout the factory.
  • Changes oil in machine reservoirs; cleans and replaces oil filters.
